Patrick Donovan, Chief Operating Officer at Instride, is an accomplished senior executive with a history of leading multiple businesses and functions spanning technology startups to large service organizations.
He gravitates to mission-driven companies leveraging technology and services to make a significant impact in the lives of customers, employees, families, and communities.
In his role at InStride, Patrick oversees the company’s customer success, implementations, and internal client marketing functions. Prior to joining Instride, he was the Chief Operating Officer, Emerging Services for Bright Horizons, a global provider of early education, family care, and workforce education services to employers and communities. Patrick led Bright Horizons’ Back-Up Care, EdAssist, and College Coach businesses, totaling $490M in revenue and an organization of over 800. He led functions including Operations, Professional Services, Technical Product Management, Marketing, Customer Support, and Account Management.
Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.
