InStride and the University of Wisconsin–Madison launch new career-focused online degrees and certificates in health care and business
MADISON, WI & LOS ANGELES, CA — May 26, 2021 — As employers adapt to a rapidly changing workplace, they are prioritizing education and development opportunities that meet in-demand skills. Additional degree and certificate programs from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, now available in collaboration with InStride, focus on future workforce needs to give working adults access to career-accelerating online offerings from a top-tier public research university.
Through their partnership with InStride, the leading provider of strategic workforce education programs, UW–Madison will offer their growing online catalogue to employees in InStride’s network of corporate partners. Corporations are increasingly investing in education to help close skills gaps in their workforce and to attract and retain diverse, high caliber talent.

With decades of online education experience, UW–Madison has a portfolio of five fully online undergraduate degrees through UW–Madison Online. Through the InStride partnership, UW–Madison is sharing 6 additional undergraduate and certificate programs based on valuable market insights and industry demands in business and health care where upskilling is an imperative.

- BS in Consumer Behavior and Marketplace Studies (School of Human Ecology)
- BBA in Management (Wisconsin School of Business)
- BBA in Human Resources (Wisconsin School of Business)
- BBA in Marketing (Wisconsin School of Business)
- Capstone Certificate: Applied Drug Development (School of Pharmacy)
- Capstone Certificate: Clinical and Health Informatics (School of Medicine and Public Health)
These opportunities are in addition to the UW–Madison online degree in personal finance and capstone certificates in computer, data and information science already offered through InStride.
